I believe this is the dev site https://orbitalthemes.net/ The version provided by the OP is 1.0 and the latest build is 2.3.x .

What do you expect by being nulled? Forever updates? Not gonna happen without an active license key.
If you have an active license for this it might be bypassed and activate future updates with a 50-50 chance (depending on api response)
