[Request] Partial COD for WooCommerce by WP Swings

Hi All,

I have spent days looking for a plugin to manage Cash on Delivery (COD) with some conditions as below

○ Enable on Max cart amount = X
○ Apply a Flat fee of Y for COD
○ Allow to send link for Pending Payment Orders
○ Collect advance fixed fee payment to prevent fake orders
○ Allow blocking fake customers

I have tested quite a lot of plugins and it is a nightmare.

I am now looking to test Partial COD for WooCommerce by WP Swings

It would be great if anyone could help.
