Is this storing on their cloud? I really don’t trust storing it on someone else’s cloud and would prefer to store within my own servers. Ahhh, I hadn't realised Template Hero lets you use your own storage.
Yup, that was the best part of it. I like to be in charge of my own storage. Or out of nowhere it can become like Templator.

You are not going to get it nulled, you have requested it and therefore you will only get the untouched version, as @kingOfThemes has posted above.
If you want nulled, then put in a nulling request making sure that you cover all nulling requirements and you can provide proof that this is your resource and not just grabbed from elsewhere.
