I just have installed the theme on a fresh wordpress and the demo is not installing, i think the demo is remove from the server side, also this issue created due to overlapping the new themes on the old one

the PHP max_execution_time must be set to 600 in order to install the demo. Maybe that is the problem to install a demo?

Link for getting demo content is not valid, probably they change path or key to get content from update server.
