The good news is.. I've disabled all the plugins more than once and cleared the cache from the plugin and the browser... After all the plugin worked! but not sure which plugin cuz the issue!

The plugin worked fine, and the icon to import the templates working!
So might I need to re-fresh the page if the "icon to import the templates" doesn't appear...
