I am asking for help from all the masters, Gurus, Friends here on the following problem.

I am getting two comment / reply boxes in each blog post on the frontend of my WordPress website. How can I get rid of one box? For easy understanding. I am posting the image below. Please help me.

If I disable comment boxes from anywhere, in the Admin Dashboard setting or in the comments.php inside the theme, both are getting disabled. I am unable to understand. Please help. I will be grateful. 🙏
