if you use cpanel and more websites, you can edit htaccess file from root folder from app and add this line:
AddHandler application/x-httpd-php81 .php before </IfModule>

if i add AddHandler application/x-httpd-php81 .php before </IfModule> , after refreshing page, file called "install" are automatically downloaded. Why and how can i resolve it ?

Hi @norvec, version 3.2 solves ticket reply from client from their email. Current scenario, when the client responds via their email, it creates a new ticket instead of continuing the original ticket thread. Kindly update to version 3.2. Thank you.
