I've been search deeply two years ago and I found contabo which is Germany-based company and I'm still using their RDP service for 9.99 € monthly. There have no issue I've been faced yet.

Try going for smth like Rustdesk, Quasar, FreeRDP, Tiger VNC, xrdp (or ubuntu xrdp - in docker)
They're all open source . Cheers !

But they are charging $17.48 monthly. Actual cost is $8.49 but ther are charging $8.99 for windows server

I just checked and realized that price list has been changed. We are using cloud vps s package and it's cost monthly 12.58 € but we are paying 9.99 € currently.

Nope I'm using windows 2012 R2 server.
-Germany server
- win 2012 r2
- VPS S package

P.S: We are paying excluding VAT cause of we have not belong to EU
