Workaround:

Install v.3.2.2 and create all the settings, locations, groups.
Replace with latest version (not nulled).
If you have to change settings etc., downgrade to 3.2.2, change whatever you need to change, and install latest again.

It is not working because it is not built for multisite by the autor!
