Hi everyone, I'm trying harder to learn the functionality of a website that they are using in an HTML form by using Selection, Options, and then printing respected saved data in the form of a table (from a database).
I have already tried Ninja Forms Pro but couldn't achieve the desired/similar results.

What I want, is to learn this functionality and create a sample project. Your contribution to helping will be appreciated

I do not understand that do you want to achive "making" this table or do you want to "learn" how to make this table without plugin?

I havent check yet but I think that you can achive this table with Gravity Form and addons

Without plugin: noway with current you. If you really want to learn how to do it by hand, please take 3 months at least to learn HTML & CSS, JS, PHP & WordPress from basic.
Plugins: Tablepress or other table plugins should work.
PS: this section not suitable for your request, it should be at request/ general discussion section.

I havent check yet but I think that you can achive this table with Gravity Form and addons

you can use the wpDataTables plugin and youtube it to learn how to use it to help you with these case
