WP - Client report from Dashboard

Hi guys,

I'm a webdesigner, and I'm looking for a plugin, which lets me setup a simple contact/report form onto my clients Wordpress Admin Dashboard - so they can send me an email, if they've got any problems and need help.

I've been looking at plugins like MainWP and others like it, but they seem whey too comprehensive, for what i need.

Got any ideas, on how i can do this, as simple as possible?

Dashboard Widgets Suite by Jeff Starr. In the module 'Widget Box' you can insert any widget. So just insert a contact form shortcode in a widget, and enable 'Widget Box'.

If you are prepared to dig a bit into the code for adding/removing widgets in the Admin Dashboard, you can also easily do this yourself without a plug-in.
