This should be the latest - I own the theme and downloaded it from ThemeForest seconds before uploading this. It has plugins, psd, theme files, html, etc.

Any solution for install plugin, Theme dashboard plugin section shows error when try to install any plugin. Error is 'Plugin installation failed" please guide me somebody

No I didn't use the child theme first, but I used the Import/Export customizations feature, and now I can upgrade the theme! Thanks man!
