1. Also, the regular version doesn't come with the payment feature or it's just that you are not allowed to sell according to the Envato license terms?

DONT TAKE IT WRONG , as 1.8.1 is small fix... so i think they didt update the version name here, but you see that that error has been fixed ...

Would someone be interested in this if I offer this SaaS for something like $5/m or less with full access? While I don't yet do this am just asking, like purchasing, updating, offering support, kinda like managed hosting service for this.
