Just throwing this out here...

How many of you suffer from depression?

Has it got worse during lockdown?

I suffer it badly

Maybe if others feel the same time we can start a support group, but maybe it is only me.

I have suffered depression off and on for years. However, for me lockdown was/is good! We are now back to Level 3 until 26th August. :)

Lot's of things are hitting me bad.

Your friendship counts for a lot though.

LOL Even when I give you sh** jobs? :)
Haha yes. I actually like that as it makes my brain work to find a solution. Like we did with the posts tonight.

Not any more. Just got the beginnings of a second wave and Auckland area + surrounds back to Level 3 lockdown.
Jacinda has done an awesome job over there keeping everything low. The UK had 1,441 new cases today.

How do you guys manage depression? What helps?
I wish I knew mate, I'm struggling tonight

I put on a brave face always but that isn't how I am inside

I really don't know if I am in depression or I am just overthinking but this lockdown and coronavirus thing didn't help at all.

I'll answer this in depth tomorrow, from my point of view. Been a long day and going to cook dinner. That is actually one thing that helps me .... cooking! :)
I used to love cooking but its no fun doing it for yourself

I agree, but sometimes it's worth the effort. My partner only eats "plain" food so I often cook gourmet for me! It's good therapy. :)

And no, it's not chook tonight!!! :)
