My admin panel is not connecting to my app. It says Verify Your internet connection. Please help me

I had the same problem for like 2 days, go to the backend and go to settings and select app global settings and click save. that's it

Even the author haven't realize this api issue. I've seen many buyers complaining about this issue and he just reply with make sure you have an internet connection.
