Live chat widget not working on the Frontend and also visitor info too on the Kayako Desktop. Please advise
Yes you are right. Even i have added in the <head> <body> <footer> in wordpress and its not working. think i should wait for an expert to advise

When i'm trying to access admin panel.

Php version is 7.4.
Oh i couldn't find the second line in sql.
At my end i found only 1 line with http:/localhost/...... to replace.

also i can able to see the tag code is working on the Admin panel as well as in Kayako Desktop and getting the chat request too.
