Modify wp-content/themes/listeo/inc/b472b0Base.php

Change line 492 adding "return true;" like this way:

            return true;

It was fixed in version v1.9.32 Stripe Connect Express account:
"FIX
Fix for Stripe Connect Express account, it no longer uses oAuth for onboarding as it was deprecated"
. But I updated to v1.9.43 and still Express does not work, Standard type works.
Please tell me who knows, I think I need to make the Stripe account type Express to start with?
If anyone can help do this, I would be grateful for a reward!
