that i have change daily command file.. i was thinking any new change is there after changing that file also not working

For those already update the version and forget to change DailyCommand.php file and faced issue with the license, you can try this method

Yes, on 2.3.9 version
And based on that experience, i am make sure to update/edit DailyCommand on newest version before running the update process.
That the reason i make a test on dev server before i am upload the files to make sure everything is work.
