Actually the license and attachment @churongcon works fine if you do a fresh installation, meaning install the addon he has attached, activate, it will complain that you need neve theme needs to be installed and activated, once you click ok, it will do it all automatically, you will not need to install the license yourself.. It works on a fresh installation, but if you try installing on an existing one, I believe you need to clear out the old data from your database first. @Babak your nulled version actually provides these templates as well once the pro plugin is installed go under Appearance/Neve Options/Site Library and import the version you want.
