Go to your php version and you will see the tab extensions turn on the one you need

In Cpanel Go to MultiPHP INI Editor

and then chosse the "Editor mode"
then select your domain then
add this line
allow_url_fopen = On
and then save

this error hapeen when i try to access login page, or sign up page.
is recapcha "ON" by default ?

EDIT: solved the issue by removing this from OAuth2 file.
This script works good, i will test the app with it.
