Simplest way of moving from Elementor to Gutenberg / Advice needed?

So as the title is saying, I am thinking about moving my sites from Elementor over to only running Gutenberg.
I am trying to get a little more speed and get rid of all the poorly optimized and poorly coded plugins we "elementors" undoubtedly are using.

So..
Please tell me that there is some kind of plugin that I have not discovered that can somehow make this process easier, so I do not have to build everything again?
