I do know that you should make sure the wholeseller you end up using has a good track-record, and decent support times so if anything happens you are not screwed.

But the problem of articles like that is, that the resellers promote their own Hosting sites with such articles.
This articles are by some resellers, so they say that they are the best, which is not true
They are resellers too and resell other services, this makes it extremly expensive for the end client
