did anyone got errors after installing this plugin?

my "add new" plugin page stop working properly, I can't add new plugins from the wordpress directory and also I have errors shown as admin like

here is untouched file, and does not need to be nulled, it will only be prompting you for activation but you can still achieve your goals...
hope it works on your site...
