Complaint against Garayev

Got another complaint against @GARAYEV for not refunding the money for a nonworking Netflix account sold here. Neither will he supply a new working one.
It was supposed to work for 1 year, but stopped working after about 3 months.

I think it is time for a permanent ban on this guy now.

I said to him that he keeps selling, and if he can't fulfill his commitments we'll have to close all his sales threads

I have closed his sales threads for now and I have given him to the end of the day to sort this out.

Are you sure he/she has not done the refunds requested?

I was under the impression it had been sorted out, but I may well be wrong.
