This is version 4.0.4 you uploaded. For 4.1.0 you have to install it to a live server with a valid license key and then upgrade to 4.1.0 from the dashboard. I installed it. I can say that this is not the version 4.1.0. This is the version 4.0.4. There should be a "bot" option on version 4.1.0 ( https://prnt.sc/tn70ns ). Please check my previous comment to get version 4.1.0. This is a complex task. You can not null it by just download it from codecanyon.Fix the .env file before starting the installation.
